I'm Seeing RED!!

So, I feel sick to my stomach after paying this lady $100 to come clean my house. About 4 other neighbors apparently use this lady and just LOVE HER!! So I thought, OK I need someone so I will higher her!! Wrong.....After 3 no shows and yesterday her suppose to be here at 1:30 and not getting her till a little after 3pm. She had her daughter with her, and they stayed for only 2.5 hours. Yeah I know, you would think "That's plenty of time for two of them to get lots done!!" Wrong yet again......in that time they only wiped my tubs and sinks and mirrors. Did not clean the floors at all in both bathrooms. Swifter mopped (could of done that) my kitchen floor, but didn't even bother moving the garbage can or clean in the entry area of the garage, laundry room or bedroom entrance which is right there off of the kitchen. They revacuumed the living room and the girls room which they knew I did right before they showed up ( I was tired of waiting for them). Wiping off the TV and base boards consisted of them making one fast sweep.....one time in one little area!! So there you go, that's what I got for my money. They obviously never cleaned the blinds, window seals, cabinets, and the parts of the bathroom that you would think were the obvious places to clean in a bathroom. I seriously feel sick to my stomach, it makes me so upset that I was sooo nice to her and gave her 4 chances. For her to only screw me over. She left her vacuum so I assume sometime today she will show up to get it. Corey wants me to ask for half the money back. And tell her that we will be no longer using her services...EVER!! I hate confrontation and drama. I do not want to have to deal with this today or ever. Why can't people just do things right!!??? UGH, I just want to get this house up on the market and sell it ASAP, so I don't have to worry about all this anymore. I am miserable. Can't somebody help me??? Please??? Oh well, thought I would try.
