Well here they are, the kids Halloween photos. This year we were very busy with several Halloween parties, so the kids had several chances to get use out of their costumes. As you can tell Devon was Darth Vader. He was very excited to be able to use his Light Saber! Unfortunately just like Darth Vader he used it for bad, in Devon's case to chase his sisters constantly throughout the house. Makenley wanted to dress up as her favorite Disney Princesses, Snow White. Amy gave her a little extra princesses power with the dramatic makeup job. Lipstick, blush and eye liner! Reagan, well she allowed the devil to come out this Halloween and was a girl Vampire. Boy did she play the part well without much effort! With the wig and makeup job Amy did, she looked pretty good. We even taught her, "I want to suck your blood". So that was her greeting while trick or treating vice "trick or treat". Kymbal, although not on the blog yet, was a fairy princesses. Amy found a pink costume for her that fit like a glove. Once I find those photo's I will post those as well. As for the trick or treating experience, since I wasn't home last year I took them out and it was fun. At least until the buckets of rain came down on us. I just kept telling the kids, about all the candy they will get if they stick it out. They lasted for about 2 hours in the rain before Reagan and Makenley's soaked bodies couldn't handle it any more. All in all though it was fun to see them in action.
