Swimming hole

The other day I was walking on my way back from the BX which is about a 10 minute walk from my apartment here in Izmir. I've noticed some kids that like to play in one of the fountains in the middle of the city. The fountain is one of the many that are located within the city in the middle of the roundabouts. Like I said there are several of these roundabouts with fountains in the city and everytime I walk by the one outside the BX I see a grouping of kids trying to beat the heat and play in the water. I decided to take some pictures of them. I wish after having taken the photos that I was on the other side shooting. Maybe next time I have my camera and walking by with the kids playing I will try from other other side of the statue. Anyway some of the kids saw that I was taking some photos of them and they came over and talked to me. They asked if I was American. Of course, I said and then I gave them .15¢ and they ran off hooping and hollering. Anyway here are the pics.
