So much to catch up on! We'll try and post some pictures in the upcoming days to update what we have been doing for the past 4 months. The biggest news is that we are together again as a whole family. Corey finished his training early in San Antonio and returned home before the end of September. He started work the next day...No real time to get to spend with the family. The kids have been in school and have been really doing a great job. They have been busy with sports and playing with their friends in the neighborhood. We have really been enjoying the last 2 months as the temperature has really cooled off from the summer highs and it has been very, very pleasant.
Corey is happy because he has been able to see some fall colors that he has missed out on the last 4 years. There wasn't much but green in Japan and desert in Turkey. Now that we live here in Mississippi, the trees have really exploded with some great colors. Corey was able to snap some pictures of the leaves at the pond across the street from our house about 300 feet away. We can only hope that these temps stay as the summers down here are brutal.
